Why some recruiters are not on the Activity Page

Once a recruiter has received a lead is when they will show on the Activity page. Please note, this resets every month so don’t be alarmed if you only see a few recruiters on this tab at the beginning of the month.

You should also check the Recruiters page to make sure that the recruiter has Inbound Leads Enabled.

You also need to check to see if you have Recruiter Groups set up. Recruiters who are not properly setup with their Recruiter Groups may miss out on important leads. Some Recruiter Groups may be exclusively responsible for receiving leads for certain states, specialties, hospitals, or disciplines depending on the setting the Admin applied.
