When leads are routed among your recruiting team, typically those leads are routed as round robin. This means that the recruiter who has not had a new lead the longest will be queued to receive the next lead for your agency.
However, over time, the lead routing may become imbalanced and you may start to notice some recruiters receiving more leads than others. There are a few possibilities that may result in lead imbalancing such as:
- Recruiters whose response rate have caused them to become suspended.
- Recruiters who are [not] part of exclusive teams.
- Make sure the recruiters and the filters you created make sense for the recruiting team.
- Is this team exclusively responsible for the leads that match your criteria?
- Limited number of recruiters available at the time a candidate shows interest in a position.
- Recruiters assigned to specific roles in job feeds.
- Recruiter had a previous conversation with the candidate within the last 30 days.
While there are some ingredients that give Vivian its winning recipe that we cannot disclose, most lead imbalancing issues are a result of one of the reasons we've listed above.
Unfortunately, there isn't any easy way for our support team to fix lead routing once it begins to go out of balance. The best way to have more balanced leads would be to encourage better engagement from your recruiters on Vivian - especially if they are receiving fewer leads than their teammates.
