Vivian is a platform to connect recruiters and Healthcare Professionals, it is upon the recruiter to further the relationship and place the candidate. Vivian will not grant credits back for unresponsive qualified candidates.
In order to receive a credit back for an inbound application for a candidate that is unqualified you will need to complete the required following steps:
1.) The candidate needs to be unqualified.
2.) It is required that a message is sent to the candidate on Vivian letting them know why they are unqualified.
3.) You must request the credit back in the same month as the application came through or else it will not be counted in the following months. It is important if you receive an unqualified candidate that you request the credit back in a timely manner so our team can review and process the request.
4.) When ending the conversation and requesting the credit back we will block that candidate from messaging you for 30 days and you will no longer have access to their contact information.
- Credit reimbursement requests for inbound applications are for unqualified candidates only
- Credit reimbursement requests for proposals are for candidates who send a negative initial response or are unqualified
To request a reimbursement you will need to select the conversation with the candidate in question and select the "Quick Actions" at the top and center of the conversation:
For inbound applications you will only be able to select "Candidate in unqualified". If "Candidate is unqualified" please select a reason from the following options and check the box for "Request reimbursement consideration and block candidate":
For credit reimbursements on a proposal please select that a "Candidate sent a negative initial response" or "Candidate is unqualified". Then you will need to let us know in detail what happened and check the box "Request reimbursement consideration and block candidate":
