All candidates can report their placements on Vivian which sends a request to their recruiter to confirm the placement. This has 3 benefits for recruiters:
- This is an opportunity for recruiters to celebrate candidates’ success and deepen relationships.
- Recruiters keep their placement metrics as up to date as possible which can impact the number or proposals they can send and leads they get.
- By confirming candidate placements, recruiters also help improve the quality of recommended matches for open roles and strengthen the talent pool by keeping candidates engaged.
Additionally, members of the Vivian VIP program must have their placement confirmed in order to have the ability to earn financial rewards when they get hired on Vivian, so recruiters play a crucial role in candidates receiving their rewards.
**This does not change any billing guidelines. All placements, including VIPs, follow all existing agency and facility billing rules.**
In this article we review how a candidate can report their placement on Vivian and how you (recruiters) can confirm. Additionally, you’ll find FAQs related to confirming placements below.
How it works:
- All candidates have the option to indicate that they were hired by Vivian.
- The candidate selects the agency that hired them, inputs their job details, and submits for verification by their recruiter.
- When the candidate's contract begins, the recruiter will be notified, either via email or in their inbox. This ensures that you don’t have to confirm a placements before the candidate actually starts.
- The recruiter can either confirm or deny the candidate's submission.
Note: you may notice requests to confirm placements in a couple of other places: your conversations with your candidates who have reported a placement and as an inbox message marked as “Unread”.
- The candidate receives an email confirming their placement and rewards are unlocked.
