Missing candidates contact information /documents when a conversation already started

We are a candidate centric platform and we offer them the option to share their information when applying to a job.

Inbound application: The candidate does have the choice to share their documents with the company when applying to a job. If you can’t see their documents, this means they have not shared it with you just yet. Go into the candidate conversation and select Request Documents and Vivian will send the candidate a link to give approval to share their documents.

Proposal Responses: When a proposal is sent, it is technically a cold outreach and we don’t want to share the candidate information until they indicate they are interested. You will not be able to see their contact information as well as documents until they have applied to the job and shared their information with you. Go into the candidate conversation and select Request Application and Vivian will send the candidate a link to give approval to share their contact information and documents.
