There are a few reasons why jobs may not be appearing on Vivian depending on the day of the month, your subscription, model, or the data that is contained in your job feed data you send to Vivian:
Lead Credits have been used
For Lead-based customers, you most likely may have used all of your credits for the month. If you would like to add additional credits to your account please feel free to let your Customer Success Manager know, and they'll be happy to assist you. You can reach out to your admin to check the amount of credits remaining on your account at any point.
First of the month
Customers whose jobs may get taken down when their lead credits have been used, may expect to see those jobs appear again at the beginning of the next month. It's important to keep in mind that these posts will not immediately appear as soon as it is midnight of the 1st. It will take a few hours for posts to start populating on Vivian again. Please let us know if you don't see your posts populating on Vivian by noon PST.
Job feed data
We do our best to ensure the information we receive from you is accurate and reflects how the data is presented in your respective platform such as Bullhorn, LaborEdge, and our own Google Sheets. However, with so many configurations and different means of working, sometimes we may not be able to read data we received correctly. You may want to check to ensure all of the fields in the job post in question are filled correctly - especially when it comes to Google Sheets - common issues could be the wrong pay field is filled out for the position, we don't recognize the shift or weekly hours that have been applied to that position, or there's simply a misspelling of one of the fields.
Job filters
If you're noticing that posts in a specific field, posts in a specific location, etc. are missing then it's possible you have a filter setup. Keep in mind that you may have set up some job filters based on specialties, locations, or other criteria when you first setup your job feeds with Vivian. Check to see if you would still like to have that job filter enabled or ask to have it removed with your CSM.
If you've checked all of these possibilities and your job posts are still missing on Vivian, please feel free to contact us so we may take a closer look.
If at all possible, please provide as many details as you're able to offer such as the Job ID for the missing position and the date the position was uploaded to Vivian from your integration.
