Why old jobs are posting from your job feed integration

If you have an old job posting to Vivian, it most likely means that the status field in the VMS is not being update properly. The status of the job needs to be marked as "Closed" in order for the job to be filtered from the site. If that field is not updated properly it will cause jobs to pull through incorrectly.

Manually posted jobs are not automatically removed from Vivian, either. If you've created a manually posted job that you no longer need, we recommend you delete it as well.

How to Edit & Delete a Manually Posted Job

If the jobs imported from your job feed are correctly updated and you've removed your manually posted jobs, but you are still seeing old jobs on Vivian Health, please feel free to contact us in Technical Support. If you have them available, please provide example Job ID's we can review for you.
