Jobs will sometimes show as duplicates under the Admin tab until they officially post to the platform.
Please keep in mind that if there are multiple roles getting filled for the same position, we will only post the job once. A job would post as a duplicate would be if it falls within specific parameters we've listed below
We first begin by grouping all jobs by their city, state, discipline, and specialty for each agency. From there we check the pay and start dates to determine if a job is considered a duplicate. If a job has a start date within 4 days of the other jobs or if it’s pay is within $500 of the other jobs it is considered a duplicate. We keep the job with the highest pay.
We also consider the following when looking for duplicate jobs:
- City
- State
- Hospital
- Seniority
- Pay period
- Contract length
- Employment type
- Shift (night, evening, day)
- Shift breakdown (ie. 3x12)
If you believe your jobs don’t meet the criteria outlined above to be considered duplicates, please contact support for further investigation.
