Recruiters and Admins can locate 'Conversation IDs' (also referred to as 'Chat IDs') by visiting each individual conversation while logged into Vivian. You may be asked for this ID when entering a support ticket.
You can locate any 'Conversation ID' by opening a conversation within a your inbox.
As an Admin, you can access a recruiter conversation and view the 'Conversation ID' and the 'Recruiter ID' from your Admin screen. You may be asked for one, or both of these numbers when putting in a ticket with our support team.
Anytime the 'Conversation ID' is requested, feel free to simply send over the full link such as https://www.vivian.com/conversations/new/chat/8150288 or provide the 'Conversation ID' number.
