Finding Job IDs

Anyone is able to locate a Job ID on Vivian. Whether you're a candidate, a recruiter, or Admin, you will find the Job ID in the URL of the job post you are viewing. Job ID's may appear a little different depending on the agency that is posting the position, but will all be accessible in the job posting page link.

Clicking on any job post you're interested in will show the Job ID in the URL of the job posting page like this:
https://www.vivian.com/job/85-a1f4z00000BIRtIAAX

Sometimes viewing a Job post may have additional information included in the URL, and that's okay! You can still locate the Job ID. See the example below:

in this case, the URL has the Job ID jp-19885771. You can see it in the job post page link here: https://www.vivian.com/job/jp-19885771/#algpos=1&algidx=searchable-jobs-prod&algflw=Browse%20Jobs%20-%20Featured%20Jobs  

Anytime the Job ID is requested, feel free to simply send over the full link such as https://www.vivian.com/job/1134-250063/ or provide the Job ID number.
