Finding Recruiter IDs

As an Admin, you can access the Recruiter ID for any of your recruiters by viewing their conversations or profile.

The Recruiter ID can be found on the main view of the recruiter's inbox. Without viewing any conversation, the Recruiter ID should be located in the URL of the conversation page. An example should look like this: https://www.vivian.com/agency-admin/workflows/766473/all.

In this case, the Recruiter ID is 766473. You can see examples where you can see the Recruiter ID in the screenshots below:

As an Admin, you can also access the Recruiter ID by going to the recruiter's profile for editing.

Anytime the recruiter ID is requested, feel free to simply send over the full link such as https://www.vivian.com/agency-admin/workflows/766473/all or provide the recruiter ID number.
