Inviting New Teammates to Vivian + Enabling/Disabling Recruiter Access

Admins have the ability to add new teammates to Vivian at any time. There are no limits to the number of recruiters you can add to Vivian, but all of the recruiters will share the same maximum credits you may have towards your account of you're on a Lead-based account. Keep this in mind when you add new teammates to the platform.

1. To add a new teammate to Vivian Click on Admin along the top row of tabs, and then click "Recruiters".
   
   
2. On the Recruiters admin tab, click "Add a Recruiter". 

If you've added a recruiter to your team on Vivian that you would like to be added as an Admin, please feel free to reach out to your Customer Success Manager. Your Customer Success Manager will be able to update your recruiters' permissions on Vivian.

As an admin, you can turn off access to inbound leads, proposals, and the ability to post manual jobs for each of your recruiters. This can be used if a recruiter is going on PTO to disable their leads while they are OOO in order to avoid candidates waiting prolonged time for a response. You will also have to to enable each new recruiter you add with the specific features you want them to have access to.
