Sending proposals allows recruiters to start conversations with top-matching candidates sooner without needing to wait for a candidate to show their interest in a position after exploring on their own. This can be a great way to quickly fill important roles your agency is trying to fill.
You can learn mow about how to send a proposal to a candidate in the training video below.
FAQ
Why can't I send a proposal to a candidate?
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to send a proposal to a candidate, and depending on your subscription with Vivian, there may be different limitations.
Admin Settings: Your Admin may have outbound proposals disabled for you. You can check if your inbound Leads and Proposals are enabled on your Home Page within Vivian.
Proposal Limits: Depending on your subscription with Vivian, you may have reached a proposal limit based on the number of placements you have made in the previous month. You may also have a weekly limit that has been requested by the Agency Admin.
Pulled Jobs: If the jobs posts for your agency have been pulled from Vivian's job board, you won't be able to send proposals to candidates. Job posts could be pulled from Vivian due to a number of reasons. Visit our support article why jobs may not appear on Vivian to learn more.
Do we get charged for sending proposals?
You do not get charged for sending proposals but depending on your subscription with Vivian you do use credits once the candidate responds to your proposal. If the candidate sends a negative response to your proposal you can request a credit back. We will only charge you for candidates who respond and are interested in your proposal if you're on a Lead-based subscription.
Why can't I send my personal contact info in a proposal?
In order to send personal contact information—including a phone number, email address, or URL—the candidate must first express interest in the proposed job by replying at least once in the conversation on Vivian.
