1. Set up your workflow to get instant notifications

Vivian notifies you every time a candidate sends a message. By turning on notifications everywhere you use Vivian, you’ll be sure to never miss a lead.  

Mobile app: Download the Vivian mobile app and turn on notifications. 

• Go to Settings > Notifications > Vivian. Then check that Allow notifications, as well as Sounds and Badges, are turned on.

For iOS:

For Android: 

• For your desktop, Go to your Profile > Notifications > Web browser notifications.

Finally, because Vivian sends you an email notification every time a candidate writes to you, you can also choose to adjust your email notifications. To turn them on: 

• On your smartphone, go to Settings > Notifications, then choose your preferred email app. Check that Allow notifications, Time Sensitive Notifications, and Badges are all turned on.

• You can do the same on your desktop by going into your email provider’s settings and allowing for desktop notifications.
