To the left of your conversations, an array of useful filters can help you sort and locate candidates as needed. These can be used individually or combined to refine results even further. Learn all about our filters and tags in the videos below.
- Unread and Response needed filters. Unread messages are marked with a blue dot in your inbox. Inbound applications and applications in response to a proposal—both of which require a time-sensitive response on your part—are marked with a red dot.
- Profile completion and VIP status filters. As a reminder, VIP candidates have completed at least 90% of their profile and indicated their job preferences; VIP Elites have the added distinction of having already been engaged and hired through Vivian—meaning they‘re experienced travelers and familiar with the process.
- Copilot AI smart tags. Only available if your agency has Copilot enabled.
- Custom tags. Custom tags can be used to label and sort candidates by any criteria you choose, such as speciality, discipline or geography. You can add up to 5 custom tags to a conversation.
