Placement counts from the current and prior month can be viewed under My Dashboard, accessible via the Home tab.
Vivian pulls this information from a variety of sources, including your ATS feed, payroll feed, and Google Sheets, as well as placements reported directly by you or the candidate. Placements are only counted if there’s been a chat between you and the candidate in the previous 90 days. A chat is defined as a message or application submission from a human clinician.
If you believe a placement is missing, it’s important to report. That’s because Vivian distributes the amount of proposals based on your prior month’s placement performance.

To report a placement, simply click on How do I report a placement? within the My Metrics section of your dashboard.
Pro tip: Don’t forget to check the candidate-reported placements section towards the bottom of your dashboard and validate any outstanding reports. Candidates report their placements to gain VIP and VIP Elite status on Vivian. Confirming them further nurtures your relationship with the candidates you’ve already placed.
