Candidates with 100% Profiles have gone through a highly rigorous application process that pre-collects the information and documents you need to build a submission packet. All fields are mandatory and information must be updated every 30 days—meaning no more expired licenses or verifications.
The following information is requested from candidates:
- More detailed information, including complete address, legal name, DOB, contact info, last 4 of SSN, start date and requested time off
- Clinical work history of 7 years, with an explanation of any gaps
- No expired documents: At least 1 active license and 1 active BLS with document upload
- Education history
- 2 supervisor-level references the candidate has worked with within the last 12 months
- Covid-19 attestation
To prioritize these candidates, use the profile completion filter on the left and sort them from high to low.

Pro tip: Always start with 100% Profiles. Even if they’re not a fit for the role they’ve applied to, be sure to offer some alternative positions. The majority of candidates get placed in jobs to which they didn’t originally apply.
