Once a candidate has expressed interest in a role, you can view their profile by clicking on the Profile tab. Reviewing the candidate’s profile thoroughly will help you contextualize your communication with the candidate to build their trust.
In the case of 100% Profiles, information such as licenses, certifications, work experience, and references will have already been provided, saving you valuable time (in an effort to help you connect with the candidate as quickly as possible while their intent is high, as well as to avoid any friction that may result in a lost opportunity, skills checklists are not included). For all other candidates, this information will be present at varying levels.
Note that when submitting references, candidates may choose to have Vivian perform their reference checks—also saving you time. These are marked with a Verification active badge. Verifications are valid for one year and reusable for any job the candidate applies to.

To zoom in further on a candidate’s supporting documentation, go to the Job tab. There, you’ll find a full list of all the documents they’ve uploaded.
Pro tip: Under the Profile tab of the candidate chat, the candidate’s profile is presented by its percentage of completion, and color coded accordingly. Respond to 100% candidates first and with urgency.
