5. Sync the candidate profile to your ATS

Once you’ve created your submission packet, sync the candidate’s information to your applicant tracking system (ATS). This is only available once the candidate has applied for a job and you’ve responded with at least one non-automated message. To do so, click the cloud icon next to the candidate’s name, under the Job tab.
