We’re launching several new features to help you manage your workload and maximize your recruiting efforts this busy holiday season.
Set an Out of Office (OOO) message for Thanksgiving
Our new Out of Office (OOO) feature lets recruiters take a break—without worrying that candidates are awaiting a reply. Simply go to your Vivian profile to set your OOO details and an away message will automatically be sent to any candidate who messages you.
Account deactivation for Admins
In the past, Admins could only do a one-time mass transfer after deactivating a recruiter. That meant hundreds and sometimes even thousands of conversations being transferred to one recruiter. Now, Admins can individually select which conversations to transfer, focusing on the most relevant and recent. Read this help center article for more information.
New chat-row displays in the Conversations list
We’ve updated the chat-row display with essential information to help you better prioritize which messages require action. Conversations requiring a response now show the reason (new application, proposal, etc.) in red, while unread messages are now marked in blue. Additionally, a snippet of the last message sent (whether from you, the candidate, or an auto-generated message) is now visible, providing greater context at a glance.
Updated Job Card and Details
We recently updated how jobs are presented to candidates. Thanks to this revamped design, we saw a 33% bump in candidate applications during testing—and more applications mean more leads sent your way. Here’s what you can expect in the coming days:
- New Verified badge, added when applicable. Vivian automatically applies the Verified badge to a job after we’ve verified it’s open status directly in the VMS. The badge is a clear signal to candidates that the role is still accepting applications.
- Standardized job information. All jobs will now get the same treatment to increase consistency and user comprehension.
- Removal of agency and facility logos. Our testing shows that candidates apply to jobs at a higher rate when agency and facility names are shown without their logos.
Be on the lookout for more new features and updates, coming soon!
