Jobs can be posted in one of three ways: via a Google sheet, manually on the platform, or via a job feed that has been integrated to your agency’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), if it has one.
Whichever method your agency has set up, the following key information is always required:
- Job ID
- Discipline
- Specialty
- Start date (the system defaults to ASAP if not provided)
- Contract length
- Payment package
- Employment type
If using a Google Sheet, there is no character limit to the job description. We recommend listing as much pertinent information as possible (shift details, perks, benefits, etc.). If posting manually, make the most of the text boxes to list any additional information within the allowed character limits.
Once submitted, job posts take approximately 1–2 hours to display, as does any update to the post. Taking the extra care to ensure the original post is accurate and complete will save time in the long run.
Pro tip: Travel jobs can also be posted as local jobs if the facility will accept both types of candidates for the role. Doing so can significantly increase your inbound leads and chances of making a placement.
