It’s important to take down a post as soon as it closes or if you feel you’re getting too many applications. This will ensure the most efficient use of your Vivian credits.
For Google Sheets: To permanently remove a job post, simply delete it from the sheet. To pause a post, move the Job ID from the Job ID column to the Start Date column. To reactivate it, simply move the Job ID back to its dedicated column.
For manual posting: To permanently remove a job post, click into the job and select the Edit Posting feature at the top of the page. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete. To pause a post, switch the Job Post Visibility from Public to Private. Switch back to Public in the event you wish to reactivate the post.
Just like when posting a job, removing or pausing a job can take anywhere from 1-2 hours.
Pro tip: If the job hasn't yet closed, but you’ve already received a sufficient amount of inbound applications, opt to pause the job post. This will prevent new leads from using your Vivian credits, but make it easy to reactivate the post if needed.
