Because jobs can be both posted and filled in a matter of hours, response time is critical to successful placements. To keep track of your average response time, refer to the My Metrics section within the Vivian Home tab.
Pro tip: To the extent possible, we recommend trying to keep your response time under four hours and your response rate above 90%. Vivian helps you from getting inundated by pausing new inbound leads—as well as your ability to send proposals—should your response rate fall below the team average by 10% or more. This gives you the breathing room to catch up on your conversations and ensure your candidates always feel seen.
