2. Review the candidate's profile to qualify them for the job

Once a candidate has expressed interest in a role, you can view their profile to the right of your conversation by clicking on the Profile tab. Successful recruiters do this before engaging with a candidate to show they’re keen on building a deeper relationship from the very first exchange.

To zoom in further on a candidate’s supporting documentation, go to the Job tab to the right of your conversation. There, you’ll find a full list of all the documents they’ve uploaded.

Pro tip: Always start with Vivian VIPs. Even if they’re not a fit for the role they’ve applied to, be sure to offer some alternative positions. Candidates frequently get placed in jobs to which they didn’t originally apply.
