Any missing documentation can easily be requested by clicking Request new documents at the top of the candidate’s uploads.
Likewise, a new skills checklist can be requested to replace one that’s expiring or expired via the dedicated button. A skills checklist represents a specific skill set or discipline for which a candidate is certified.
Because checklists can be filled out at different times, each one will have its own status: active, expiring soon, or expired.
- Active → The checklist has been completed within the past 12 months.
- Expiring soon → The checklist will expire within the next 30 days.
- Expired → The checklist was completed over 12 months ago.
Pro tip: Always request missing documents through Vivian rather than ask for them to be sent elsewhere, like to your work email. Doing so makes it easier for the candidate and you to stay organized, ensuring all information can be found in a single place.
Should the candidate report difficulty completing a new skills checklist request, it’s likely because they aren’t using the latest version of the mobile app. Ask the candidate to update the app or, as a last resort, complete the request on their desktop.
