Save yourself precious time by creating customized templates that can be reused to speed along your most common conversation points. You can create your templates by clicking on your account dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner, then selecting Profile.
Once in your profile, click on Add new response template.
Pro tip: The most common templates created by successful recruiters serve as responses to messages that come in after hours or on the weekend.
Successful recruiters also frequently use templates to communicate to a candidate that they’ve been transferred to a different recruiter, to incentivize referrals, and to set up a call or meeting.
