2. Save for later to keep candidates warm

As a recruiter, you may connect with a great candidate who isn’t the right fit for any current roles or who won’t be available until a future date. 

Vivian enables you to save these candidates—along with the entire conversation you've had together—with a dedicated label. Simply click on the Tools tab on the right-hand side of your conversation. 

Once there, click on the dropdown menu under Candidate Stage and choose Saved for later. This is also where you can label a candidate as Screening, Submitted, or Placed, for better organization of your conversations.

Any candidate who has been saved for later can be quickly accessed via the dropdown menu to the left of your conversions, under the Stage heading.

Pro tip: Use the Notes field under the Tools tab to input any key information you’ve learned about a candidate being saved to your pipeline. Between this and your automatically saved exchanges, you’ll have all the information you need to jump right back in with the candidate—without wasting precious time.
