A credit is applied in two ways:
- To an inbound application in response to a job post.
- A message from a candidate to a recruiter.
In both cases, each new candidate is worth either 1 or 2 credits, depending on the percentage of their profile that’s complete.
- Standard candidates have completed less than 70% of their Vivian profile. These candidates are worth 1 credit.
- Premium candidates have completed 70% or more of their Vivian profile. These candidates are worth 2 credits.
- Any Conversation that continues from one month to another month, is not billable if the conversation is within 30 days of the previous conversation

- For example - if a nurse chats with an agency and ends the chat on the 31st of the month, continues the chat on the first of the next month... the lead credits only apply to the first month
- If however, a nurse chats with a recruiter on the 2nd of the month ( october ) then chats again on the 15th of the next month, since this is 30 days after the last chat, this is a billable lead credit(s)
- A conversation that has a credit requests applied on the given offer

- If a nurse and an agency discuss and generate offers on multiple jobs within a single month, this is still considered a unique lead.

Pro tip: Credits are only charged once a billing cycle per candidate. That means a candidate can apply to as many jobs as they want, and an unlimited number of messages can be exchanged between you and that candidate during a given cycle.
