3. View metrics to monitor team performance (Admin only)

The Admin dashboard provides a wealth of information at a glance to help you stay on top of your team’s performance. These include broad agency metrics around application response rate and response time.

You can also click into each team member to view their individual metrics.

To access this helpful information, click into the Recruiters section under the Admin tab. From there you can also view things like manual jobs, recruiters’ conversations and more.
