Inbox filters now available on the Vivian mobile app!
We heard your feedback about wanting the Vivian mobile app to work just as well as the web version. We’ve been chipping away at this feedback — a few months ago, we added stages to the mobile app. Now, we’ve added all inbox filters. In the next few weeks, we’ll add even more functionality. Stay tuned!
“New transfer” added as a Response needed filter in your Inbox
Quickly identify candidates who have been transferred to you and are awaiting a response by clicking on the “New transfer” filter under the “Response needed” section of your inbox. We exclude these conversations from your response metrics.
Coming soon: New metrics in the Admin dashboard - Candidates tab
Soon, we are adding 3 new metrics under the Candidates tab to help you identify the last time a recruiter reached out to a specific candidate. This will help you see where candidates are getting stuck.
