When you create a recruiter Vivian profile, you will typically have your work email and phone number registered.
After registration, any time you attempt to login to your Vivian profile from a new browser or the Vivian mobile application, you will be asked to fill in your registered email or phone number. Vivian doesn't utilize passwords for account management at the moment. Once you enter your registered email or phone number, you will receive an authentication code you would then use to login to your account.
Since there are no passwords to access your account, there won't be any need for password resets and you won't receive any email notifications from Vivian indicating you should reset your password. If you've received a password-reset notification from Vivian, please contact us in Technical Support so we may take a closer look.
