You can create and assign tags to conversations based on your own ways of working. You can create an unlimited number of tags (30-character limit) to help you track your conversations with data such as follow-up dates, location, facility, personal details, or special accommodations.

Adding and Managing Tags
You can create, edit, or delete your tags using the new 'Tags' section of the inbox filters. Expand the 'Tags' section of the Inbox filters to see any tags you've previously created, manage those tags, or create new tags. Edits you make to your custom tags from the Inbox filters section - including deleting any tags - will update all existing tags you've created. All of your conversations that have the custom tag you might edit or delete will be updated. You can add custom tags to multiple conversations at once using the "Select conversations" feature.
Applying Tags to Conversations
In addition to creating tags from the Filters section of your inbox, you can also create and manage the tags you apply to each candidate within the conversation view with that candidate. You can add and remove up to five custom tags in the tools of the conversation view. Removing any custom tags from the conversation within the tools tab will not delete the tag, but instead simply remove that custom tag from the active conversation you're viewing.
You can add or manage any custom tags from the Quick Actions tab at the top of your active conversation view as well.

Are there character limits for my tags?
Yes, tag names are limited to 30 characters.
How many tags can I associate with each conversation?
You can apply or associate up to 5 tags per conversation.
Will I only see my tags or might I see tags created by other recruiters at my company?
You will only see the tags you create. When a conversation is transferred to you the previous recruiter’s tag(s) will not carry over.
When I filter my conversations by selecting multiple tags will Vivian show conversations that only have those tags?
Vivian will show conversations that include any of the selected tags. However, it’s possible that a conversation has all of the tags you selected.
Can I select multiple conversations to add a tag to?
Yes. You can use the "Select conversations" button at the top of the inbox. Select the conversations you want to tag and then click "+ add tag" and choose or create the tag you want to apply to those chats.
