Propose alternative jobs with ease

Many times, a recruiter will need to propose alternative jobs to a candidate after they’ve applied to a job because the job they've originally applied to is either closed or not a good fit.  We call this re-proposals. To make re-proposals easier, we’ve added a “Propose New Job” button directly to the Jobs tab.

New custom tags to personalize your pipeline 

Recruiters now have the ability to create custom tags and apply them to conversations to manage their pipeline according to their own understanding of the candidate. Here’s how it works: 

1. Select the conversation you want to add a custom tag to 
2. You have two options to create a tag: You can go to the Tools tab and select “Add tag” or choose it from the “Quick actions” drop-down menu 
3. Write a tag name of your choosing by adding a new tag like ‘Needs relocation package’ or selecting a tag that you created previously for other conversations
4. Once you’ve attached a tag to your conversation, you will see that conversation when filtering for that tag in the “Tags” filter section. The tag will also appear in the relevant conversation’s chat row for easy reference.
