Get better candidate responses to your Proposals 

We’ve made two improvements to increase the likelihood of a positive candidate response when sending a proposal: 

1. We’ve heard from recruiters and candidates alike that Vivian sends too many text messages to candidates, and it starts feeling like spam. Therefore, we’ve reduced the number of text messages a candidate gets from Vivian after receiving a proposal from 4 messages to just 1 message.
2. We improved the job link experience. Previously, when a recruiter sent a proposal to a candidate, the job link opened the Vivian homepage. Now, the job link takes the candidate directly to the job application page.  

Create and apply custom tags to multiple conversations at once 

Earlier this month, we announced the ability to apply custom tags to conversations to personalize follow-up messages. Over 600 unique tags have been created!  Our favorites so far have been: Compact State and Done in June. Now, you can apply a tag to multiple conversations at once to save you even more time!

Better screen candidates with new info added to the Job tab 

We’ve added critical new information so you can better screen candidates against the job requirements. This includes: 

1. Role seniority and Job ID 
2. A banner that tells you if the job is no longer available so you can quickly redirect the candidate

We’re continuing to add the most used and helpful recruiter functionality to our mobile app like enhanced details page for Job, Profile and Tools tabs.
