Job proposals are getting an overhaul
We know you spend a lot of time sending job proposals to find that perfect candidate—especially for priority jobs. We also know it hasn’t always been easy to find that ideal match or get a response. That’s why we’ve been hard at work revamping the entire experience.
Last month, we made some immediate improvements to enhance your job proposal experience.
- Reduced candidate SMS notifications: We now send just one concise SMS message to candidates when their app notifications are turned off (instead of four), ensuring a better experience.
- Mobile app bug fix: We fixed a bug that routed candidates outside the app when they wanted to learn more about a job. Candidates are now directed to the correct job detail page within the app.
New candidate search histories
Today we’re bringing you another improvement when sending proposals: recent search histories in candidate profiles. To help you send more targeted proposals, candidate profiles in the Talent Pool now include their five most recent job searches (up to six months back). Here’s how to use this new information:
- Recent searches that match your filters likely indicate the candidate is a good match. Job searches are often a more up-to-date indicator of a candidate’s job preferences.
- Recent searches that don’t match your filters might suggest the candidate’s job preferences are outdated. Consider proposing alternative jobs or removing them from your search.
- Look for the “Searched this month” tag to identify active candidates who are currently looking for opportunities.
Keep an eye out for more updates to the proposal experience coming soon!
