Continuous updates to the Vivian Talent Pool

Results for the View candidates matching tool now display in the Talent Pool. This change lets you propose jobs from a single destination and see an even more targeted list of qualified candidates based on your job’s discipline, specialty and role type.

Report non-healthcare workers

You can now select “Candidate is not a healthcare worker” as a reason for ending a chat. Vivian will document these candidates to reduce further engagement from them on the platform—progressively improving the quality of future applications.
