What steps to take if a candidate is communicating inappropriately

If you encounter any harassment, profanity, or hostility from a candidate, please report it to us immediately. We take these matters seriously and will promptly address the situation with the candidate. 

When contacting Vivian Support, be sure to include the candidate’s name, email address, and a screenshot of the interaction along with any additional comments in relation to the inquiry. Our team will conduct a thorough investigation and; if necessary, block the candidate from further communication with your agency.
