October 31 Product Update: Providers

Thanks to your continued feedback, we’re making two updates to improve the efficiency of your inbox.

A more functional stage selector

Currently, the stage selector defaults to “New” whenever you click into the Conversations tab in your inbox. That means any other stage must be selected individually to check for unread messages. 

To help ensure you never miss a message, we’re updating the stage selector:

• All active messages will be the new default, enabling you to see everything at once at just a glance. You can then filter for each of the stages as needed: New, Screening, Pending mgr interview, Interview completed, Offer sent, Offer accepted, or Save for later.
• Inactive messages can be seen separately. These can be filtered for Proposed or Ended.

Coming soon: Lead routing by relevance only

In November, we’ll stop taking into account existing prior conversations when routing applicants. Instead, we’ll direct them to the most relevant recruiter based solely on your lead routing settings. This will save you time by reducing your need to manually transfer candidates to the relevant recruiter.
