6. Submit a profile to place the candidate

Once you’ve reviewed and finalized the candidate’s submission packet, all that’s left is to submit the candidate to the job. If your agency has opted in to Fast Track, this can be done in a few clicks on Vivian for select jobs.

Otherwise, simply download your submission packet and submit it to the VMS.

Pro tip: If the job has closed or the candidate is not selected, be quick to offer alternative opportunities.
