What are the benefits of Compare Offers?
Appear higher in search: Compare Offers is a new job listing type that unifies jobs into a single aggregated listing, with these more accurate titles and descriptions, which can appear more often at the top of search results, boosting visibility
Double the exposure: Your jobs will continue to also appear in standard listings individually, exactly as they do today. In addition to their standard individual listing, they will receive an extra placement in the Compare Offers aggregated listing —maximizing exposure and candidate engagement
More robust and accurate job details: The Compare Offers listing is enhanced with enriched job details, more accurate job titles, and comprehensive facility information—boosting candidate intent and relevance. This means sometimes the job listing you provide in your ATS feed may be updated with the more accurate, enhanced version from Vivian. When this happens, you'll see an alert and icon inside the job card next to the title, in your recruiter inbox and candidate chat, explaining exactly what happened.
Special recognition: When candidates click “Compare offers,” they see the list of agencies recruiting for that position. Individual job listings receive badges to give candidates more reasons to apply, such as:
Best chance of placement: Job listing with the highest conversion rate to placement
Highest pay: Job listing with the highest pay
Best reviewed: Job listing with the highest agency reviews on Vivian
How long has Compare Offers been out for?
Last year, we launched Compare Offers, a new job listing type designed to help candidates make more informed job decisions—driving higher-quality leads for recruiters. After a successful beta with a select number of jobs, we saw a 15-20% increase in applications. Now, we’re ready to roll it out more broadly.
