Enhanced job listings
Today, we’re announcing improvements to job listings, including clearer titles and more accurate job details.
Successful placements start with high-quality applications—candidates who are both highly interested and well-suited for the role. But when job data is incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated, listings can be inaccurate, making it harder for recruiters and clinicians to find the right fit.
That’s why we’ve improved how we source job information, aggregating data from multiple sources to provide the most accurate and comprehensive view of each job. With these enhancements, recruiters gain a clearer, more reliable picture of their job listings, and candidates can make better-informed decisions—leading to stronger matches and faster placements.
How it works:

Clearer Job Titles: Using aggregated data, Vivian identifies and corrects inaccurate job titles from your ATS job feed. If a title is updated, you'll see an alert and icon next to the job title inside the job card in your recruiter inbox for each candidate chat—explaining exactly what changed.

Enhanced Job Requirements: We’ve expanded job details by adding much more information to every listing, ensuring candidates have a complete and accurate understanding of the role before applying.
- Appears Within Compare Offers: These enhanced job listings will reflect in your individual job listings and also appear within the Compare Offers feature, effectively doubling your exposure and driving incremental traffic to your jobs.
