New Feature: Candidate Conversation Visibility Within Your Agency

We’re excited to introduce a new feature designed to improve internal communication and reduce potential conflicts when working with candidates.

What’s New
Recruiters will now see a banner if a candidate is currently in a conversation with another recruiter within the same agency. This added visibility helps your team stay aligned and prevents multiple recruiters from unknowingly engaging with the same candidate at the same time.

How It Works

• When viewing a candidate's profile or conversation thread, a banner will appear if the candidate is actively messaging with another recruiter from your agency.
• This banner helps recruiters be mindful of ongoing internal conversations before reaching out or submitting proposals.

Expiration of the Banner

• The banner will automatically disappear after 30 days if no new messages or conversations have been initiated by other recruiters.
• If another recruiter begins a new conversation within that 30-day period, the banner will continue to show.

Why This Matters
This feature promotes better coordination within your agency, reduces candidate fatigue from repeated outreach, and supports a more seamless experience for both recruiters and candidates.
