Understanding ATS Sync Functionality

What is ATS Sync?
ATS Sync allows recruiters to seamlessly download a candidate’s information directly into their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from the Vivian platform. This feature streamlines the workflow by minimizing manual data entry and keeping candidate records up to date.

When Does ATS Sync Work?
ATS Sync becomes active only when there is an active application—meaning the candidate has applied to a job directly. Once an application is submitted, the recruiter's system can sync and download the candidate’s information.

When Does ATS Sync Not Work?
ATS Sync will not function if a recruiter sends a job proposal and the candidate rejects it. In this case, because the candidate never submitted an application, the sync cannot be triggered and their information will not be available for download into the ATS.
