To support this, Vivian offers a feature that allows candidates to request another recruiter. When this happens:

On the original recruiter's side, the conversation will show:
"This conversation has been transferred to [Recruiter's Name]" -
On the new recruiter's side, the conversation will show:
"This conversation has been transferred to you by Vivian"
There’s no need for concern if you see this message — it’s a normal part of our platform functionality designed to ensure the best match and support for candidates.
