Candidate-Initiated Recruiter Transfers

We encourage recruiters to provide clear, accurate information and assist candidates with professionalism and care.

Occasionally, a candidate may request to speak with a different recruiter. This is not necessarily a reflection of the recruiter's performance — sometimes it's simply a matter of preference or circumstance on the candidate’s end.

To support this, Vivian offers a feature that allows candidates to request another recruiter. When this happens:

• On the original recruiter's side, the conversation will show:
  "This conversation has been transferred to [Recruiter's Name]"

• On the new recruiter's side, the conversation will show:
  "This conversation has been transferred to you by Vivian"

There’s no need for concern if you see this message — it’s a normal part of our platform functionality designed to ensure the best match and support for candidates.
