If you're experiencing a candidate being assigned to the wrong team or recruiter after setting up specific teams for specific jobs, there are a few things to check:
- Discipline: Ensure the discipline is correctly set (e.g., RN, LPN).
- Specialty: Confirm that the specialty is listed and that it is not mistakenly set as the discipline.
- Teams: Verify that there isn’t another team with the same discipline or specialty but with specific states.
If you've double-checked the teams and everything appears correct, the next step is to review how you are sending the job to us:
- In your ATS job feed, ensure the job is coming in with the correct specialty as specified for the team.
- Also, check if a specific recruiter is attached to the job in the ATS job feed.
If everything mentioned above has been reviewed and nothing explains why the candidate was assigned to a different team or recruiter, please submit a ticket for further investigation.
In the ticket, please include any relevant information such as the team that should have received the candidate, recruiters assigned to the job, job ID, candidate name and any screenshots that could assist with our investigation.
